Therapy is a collaborative relationship that seeks to help you reach whatever goals you have set. The therapeutic relationship is based on mutual respect, honesty, & authenticity, and is non-judgmental.
Therapy is process that takes time and cannot be rushed. Our issues and wounds did not occur overnight and neither does healing. It requires commitment and perseverance and everyone's journey is different. The sooner you are able to be open and honest with yourself without holding back, the sooner you are able to discover what you need to move forward.

once booked, an intake form will be sent to you or can be downloaded here for adults and here for children/youth

subsequent appointments may also be booked online
Your first appointment:

review your intake form and what brought you to therapy

get to know each other to see if the relationship is a good fit

set some short & long term goals
Fees & Payment Methods:

$85/60 min session (individuals or couples)

$120/90 min session (individuals or couples)

we also work on a sliding scale based on income for those who need financial assistance

we accept cash, etransfer, cheque, visa, mastercard, american express, and paypal

payments can be made online ahead of time or in the office
